Why homeowners call us

Cracked tiles may point to movement in the floor underneath.

Signs it's time to call

Tiles cracking along the same line
Loose floor or wall tiles
Leaks around a tiled shower

Repair

A cracked tile may be replaceable when the floor underneath is firm. We check why it cracked first.

Replace

Repeated cracks or a leaking shower can mean the area beneath needs rebuilding. Fresh grout cannot hold a moving floor. Large tiles cannot hide a floor that keeps moving.

How the job works

1

First, a proper look

Want tile without cracks or loose edges? Movement or moisture underneath can shorten its life. We check your wall or floor before planning the finish.

2

Your options

Most jobs can be done more than one way. We go through what the job needs, what is optional and what each choice costs, so the decision is yours.

3

The work

Your tile needs a sound base and a layout that suits the room. We prepare the area and fit corners and edges neatly. Shower tile also needs water protection behind it; grout alone cannot keep water out.

4

A final check together

The finished layout, joints and edges should look right in your room. We walk through them with you and discuss when the materials can handle use. Fixtures or paint may be separate.

How pricing works

Every quote we send is free and itemized.

Text us 2–3 photos for a faster quote.

  • Tile style
  • Pattern
  • Floor repairs

Tile size, pattern, cuts and underlying repairs affect your quote. Water protection and trim appear clearly. You can compare an installed finish instead of a box of tile.

Your quote lists every item before work starts.

What's included

  • We take a proper look at the problem before recommending anything.
  • Your written quote itemizes the work and the materials.
  • At the end, we go over the finished job with you.

Your questions, answered

Will stronger tile glue stop my floor from moving?

No, your tiles need a steady base, not just more glue. We check the floor beneath them first.

Do bathroom tiles keep water out on their own?

No, water protection belongs behind wet-area tiles, especially around the shower corners and drain. We add that protection before tiling.

Why does my floor need more work for large tiles?

Big tiles show bumps more clearly. Where needed, we flatten the base before laying your chosen tile.

Can you tile over my cracked floor?

A floor that still moves can crack new tiles too. Its condition tells us what needs fixing before we tile.

Will there be gaps between the new tiles and the wall?

Tiles sometimes need space for normal movement at the edges. We’ll explain how your finished floor will look.
